WHAT DOES FTO DO?

FTO is a Coaching Solutions provider dedicated to delivering high quality, technically focused coaching to young athletes of all ages. We provide highly accredited and experienced coaches and staff. Our initial product, the "FTO Schools of Hockey", is intended to improve athletic performance via its technical focus and confidence enhancing attributes among youthful participants. It strives to foster the enjoyment of hockey by young people.

The FTO brand is fast establishing itself as a product leader and innovator in its speciality niche.

The keys to success for Focused Training Outcomes are:

• Product Quality. The quality of the coaches involved and structure of the program are to be maintained at no less than L1 accredited coaches. There must be consistency in the content and quality of information delivered. There shall be no more than 15 athletes per coach at any of our clinics or camps
  
• Adaptability. FTO is able to provide a completely customisable service to cater directly to the needs of your program and deliver a product most likely to achieve your goals.
  
• Relationships. FTO places a high value on the relationships we foster with each organisation. You are thus guaranteed of a high quality product, designed to your specifications

STAFFING

Solomon Casoojee: Director - Coaching Services.
Solomon will handle the day to day running of the company including all administration, sales and new business development. He will also be one of the Head Coaches in the FTO programs. Solomon has previously been the Assistant coach of the South Africa Women and has also coached within the NSWIS and ACTAS hockey programs.

John Bessell: Head Coach - Program Development.
John will be responsible for program development and the monitoring of trends and developments in the industry. John was formerly the NSWIS womens coach, NSWIS regional Pre-Elite coach and Head Coach at Sydney University. He has just recently taken on a role assisting the Belgian Mens National Team with Video Analysis.
